We use information to provide you with information about #SaveLiveEventsNow programs. If you sign up, we may send you news and information about our programs, events and activities.

“Shine the Light” Law. We will also give you a list of the third parties that have received your information. You can make a request one time each year.

This information will be compared to our existing records to verify the identity of the individual submitting the request. Depending on the sensitivity of the information requested and the type of request, we may require additional information to verify your identity before responding. We will respond to your request within 45 days if possible and required under the law.

As this site has been in operation for less than a year, we do not yet have a record of CCPA request metrics. This policy will be updated to include this information once those metrics become available.

Our sites and apps are not intended for children. Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
